Ar-Raheem International College (AIC) has proven its academic excellence in the realm of spelling competitions. The college played host to the 2024 Nigeria Spelling Bee (NSB) Kwara State Bee, where Olawore Yasmeen, an SSS2 student at the time, emerged victorious, winning the gold medal in the senior category.

Remarkably, AIC students also claimed the first and second runner-up positions, with Badmus Yusuf and Gesua Abdullah, respectively.

This impressive achievement has earned Olawore Yasmeen the right to represent Kwara State at the NSB National Finale, scheduled to take place in Abuja in April 2025.

In another remarkable feat, eight AIC spellers excelled in the 2024 Spelling Leaders (Spell Africa) Bee, securing their spots to represent Kwara State in the Lekki (Lagos State) Finale. Among them, Marzuq Popoola stood out, becoming a proud finalist and ranking among the top 20 best spellers in Nigeria.

These accomplishments demonstrate the exceptional academic standards and commitment to excellence that Ar-Raheem International College embodies. The college community congratulates Olawore Yasmeen, Marzuq Popoola, and all participating students on their outstanding achievements.

As we look forward to the NSB National Finale in April, we wish Olawore Yasmeen the best of luck in her pursuit of national spelling glory.
